The Andean Princess and the Children by the River
The Andean Princess and the Children by the River
It is a story about a lonely Andean Princess who rarely plays with friends. But one day when she walks in the countryside by a clear stream near the castle, she discovers some giggling children and she makes them her friends. Instead, the Queen and the King forbid her to play with them and take her far away to forget about the river children. When the princess does not eat and becomes very ill and thin, the Queen does not know how to make her well. Can the children by the river restore her health and bring her joy and happiness again?
It is a fairy tale about fantasy, friendship, nature, empathy, compassion, change, and hope.
